Complete Condition Guide
Condition describes the item's cosmetic and physical state. Testing describes what level of functionality verification was performed. These are related, but they are not the same thing.
Condition Grades
Condition Grade describes an item's cosmetic and physical state. It is separate from Testing Status.
Open Box
Packaging has been opened, replaced, or shows handling. The item may be unused or minimally handled. Open Box does not automatically mean Fully Tested.
Excellent
Pre-owned merchandise with minimal visible wear and a very clean overall appearance. Functionality is described separately under Testing Status.
Good
Pre-owned merchandise with normal signs of use or cosmetic wear. Any notable imperfections should be photographed or disclosed. Functionality is described separately under Testing Status.
Fair
Pre-owned merchandise with noticeable wear, cosmetic imperfections, or other disclosed issues. Review the photos, Known Issues, and Testing Status carefully before purchasing.
Parts / Repair
The item is nonworking, incomplete, damaged, untested, partially functional, or otherwise intended for repair or parts use.
No guarantee is made that it can be repaired or that any specific component works unless the listing explicitly says so.
FUNCTIONALITY CHECK
Testing Status
Testing Status tells you what level of functional verification we performed before listing the item. It is separate from cosmetic condition.
Fully Tested
All major functions reasonably relevant to the item were tested and appeared to operate as expected at the time of testing.
This does not necessarily mean every possible feature, accessory, port, setting, or edge case was tested unless the listing specifically says so.
Basic Function Tested
Core or basic operation was verified, but every feature or function was not tested.
Review the product’s Testing Notes for exactly what was checked.
Partially Tested
Some functions were tested, but testing was incomplete or other functions/issues remain unknown.
Review the Testing Notes and Known Issues carefully.
Untested
We did not verify functionality.
No assumption should be made that the item works unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Nonworking
Testing or available information indicates that the item does not operate normally.
Review the Known Issues and listing details before purchasing.

Pre-owned
This item has been previously owned or used. Its specific physical condition and functionality are described separately under Condition Grade and Testing Status.
