Straight answers about changing inventory.
Start here for common questions about condition, photography, testing, availability, shipping and returns.
Are your products new or used?
Both. Inventory may be new, open box, pre-owned or sold for parts/repair. Review the Condition field and item-specific details on each listing.
Do you photograph the actual item?
We use actual-item photography for unique pre-owned, open-box and imperfect products whenever applicable. The listing's Photo Type identifies whether images show the actual item, representative merchandise or a combination of manufacturer and actual-item images.
What does Condition Grade mean?
Condition Grade describes cosmetic condition, not functionality. Read it together with Testing Status, testing notes, known issues, included components and photos.
What does Testing Status mean?
Testing Status describes how much functionality was checked. It is separate from cosmetic condition and is not a warranty. The item-specific testing notes explain what was and was not tested when that information is available.
Why is there only one available?
Much of our assortment consists of individual open-box, pre-owned or unusual finds. When Shopify inventory confirms exactly one unit, the listing says Only 1 available.
Can I make an offer?
Only when a product page displays the Name Your Price option. For the same item and email address, you can have one offer open at a time and submit up to three prices total. Our counteroffers do not count, but a new price you send in response does. Buy Now remains available at the listed price while the item is in stock.
Does making an offer reserve the item?
No. A submitted, accepted or countered offer does not reserve inventory. The first completed Shopify purchase claims the available inventory.
How does shipping work?
Shipping depends on the item. Supported parcel rates may be calculated at checkout or stated on the product page; oversized, freight and local-pickup items include additional listing-specific guidance.
Do you ship oversized merchandise?
Where offered, yes. Oversized parcel cost may vary because carriers can charge by dimensional weight, actual weight and destination.
Do you offer freight shipping?
Selected large or heavy products may ship palletized by LTL freight. Pricing can depend on destination, pallet size, weight and delivery-access requirements. Product-specific shipping information takes precedence.
Do you offer local pickup?
Only where a listing identifies Local Pickup. Pickup arrangements are provided through the appropriate order or support process; a private residential address is not published on the storefront.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item-specific eligibility and requirements apply. See our Returns & Refunds Policy and the applicable product page for full details.
Where does your inventory come from?
Inventory comes from a variety of legitimate secondary-market and retail sources and may include overstock, open-box goods, returns, pre-owned merchandise and other acquisitions.
