Our Listing Standards

Condition grade reflects the item's visible and physical state. It does not imply a particular level of functional testing.

Testing status explains how much functional verification was performed. The listing notes describe the functions checked and any limits to that process.

Actual-item photography is preferred for unique used merchandise whenever available. Representative or generated imagery may be used temporarily during setup or for certain standardized inventory, but it should not be confused with actual-item photos.

Only what is specifically listed should be assumed included. Accessories, packaging, manuals, and other components are not included unless stated.

Material flaws, defects, damage, missing parts, and special notes are disclosed where known. Review the full listing before purchase.

Unique inventory may receive a unique internal OTS item ID or SKU that connects the listing with its intake and fulfillment records.

Listings use the handling class that fits the item:

• Parcel
• Oversize Parcel
• Freight
• Local Pickup

Some products are one-of-one and may have only one unit available. An item is not reserved until checkout or an approved purchase arrangement is complete.

Vehicles and unusually large products may require direct inquiry, local coordination, freight planning, or other special purchase handling instead of a standard add-to-cart flow.
